We're back in Atlanta. Jimmy can't lift anything because of his back, so Jamey met us at the apartment, to help me unload the van. We brought way more than necessary, and it looked like the Clampetts had blown into town. Afterwards, Jimmy and Jamey and I went to one of our favorite nearby restaurants, Thai Chili.I started giving Jimmy the Neupogen shots yesterday: four shots in his abdomen every day until stem cell collection is completed. Neupogen is a growth factor that boosts stem cell production. The most common side effect is bone pain, which Jimmy is not experiencing so far.
